As a valued member of the Client Solutions team at Re:Co, Dominique leverages her extensive expertise to deliver tailored solutions that drive value at every investment stage. She empowers clients to extract valuable insights from their data and maximize the benefits of sustainability-aligned value creation initiatives.

Dominique began her career as an industrial engineer and holds an MBA from IESE Business School, as well as CFA certification in ESG Investing. Her diverse background includes significant contributions to Foundations on topics such as public education, diversity and inclusion, and social impact measurement. Prior to joining Re:Co, Dominique spent almost 5 years at McKinsey & Company, working on strategy, pricing, marketing and sales, transformations, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability across a variety of sectors. Her work spanned multiple regions, including Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Europe.

Outside of work, Dominique enjoys reading a good book while sipping coffee, engaging in DIY home renovations, playing games with friends, or escaping the city to connect with nature.
