As a core member of Re:Co’s Client Solutions team, Ivy blends strategic insight with sustainability expertise to help clients create solutions that deliver long-term environmental and social impact. She brings a data-driven and collaborative approach to complex challenges, working closely with clients to turn ambition into action.

Prior to joining Re:Co, Ivy spent nearly six years at Bain & Company, where she advised clients across a wide range of industries including consumer products, retail, banking, and TMT. She worked with clients across Europe, the US, and Africa. During the latter half of her time at Bain, she specialised in sustainability, supporting clients on product innovation, sustainability strategy, and social impact.

Outside of work, Ivy enjoys combining movement and creativity—from aerial fitness to hiking to throwing pottery.
