Training & Capacity Building
While many investment and leadership teams at the firm level have undergone some form of responsible investment training, we see two areas that are often missing from the discussion. The first is the belief that sustainability actually creates value in the assets they own, rather than serving merely as a reporting obligation or an LP request. The second is deeper understanding of how sustainability can truly be embedded into roles, whether upskilling a Board director on how to engage management teams, a deal partner on what they should push on during a process, or other key stakeholders.
We work to craft training and capacity building programs that build on GPs’ existing strengths and priorities, and provides the right level of detail that teams can absorb and implement the next day.
